Discussion: Militiaman Launches Campaign Encouraging More Ranchers To Stop Paying Grazing Fees

you kind of remind me of me grand dad…he really loved me but he had a funny way of showing it and he did not have much patience at all! I have to that i learned a lot from him though if it is any consolation to ya! Getting to your point though, i am for small government, less is more kinda guy. As a country we spend more on everything than anyone i think we can all agree on that right? Education, defense, healthcare…you name it! Really, what do we as a society spend less on than anyone in the world! We have more debt than any other place on the planet…how do we justify that sooner?

It’s a term invented by your repig party.

Your ignorance is what is steep. Stupidity must be a sacrament in your repig party.

No you weren’t.

You are a moron who cannot even spell words from the English language. Because you are extremely not smart.

You are a moron. You know nothing other than the RWAC platitudes you learned at your klavern. Go back to storm front.

I’ll be happy to spend time with you when you’re willing to answer the questions that I’ve posed to you.

My usually rosy demeanor is beginning to wane.

I always wonder what type of business might be owned by someone so willfully obtuse as the concerned citizen in this thread.

Based on family experience, I have to speculate a LLC set up to get into some sort of borderline-pyramid independent contractor scheme.

There is plenty of land which already has been sold to private landowners. The Bundy morons don’t use their land because they charge $20 when the BLM charges $1.69 - er, $0 if you insist.

You describe a hypothetical government. Hypotheticals don’t have befores.

Eh, you may want to pick a different piece of federal land in Hawaii. The Navy spent decades polluting Pearl Harbor, so there are signs all around it warning not to eat anything from it or go in the water (yes, it actually was named that because it used to have pearl-bearing shells, but not anymore). Plus they had a station for washing transformers right on the water, which means 50 years worth of PCBs dumped into it.

Oh yeah, and there’s a set of massive underground fuel storage tanks, built during WWII and still in use, that are now leaking thousands of gallons of oil into the aquifer that supplies water to Honolulu. Good times.

Um, I suggest you read up on why the FDA was created. Apparently poisoning customers was not considered a problem. Or, better yet. Look at China, where even the existing laws get skirted if there is a profit to be made.

The problem with Libertarianism is that it ignores history and reality. There is a history to the food industry. It was pretty much unregulated until the early part of the 20th century. That history was pretty ugly.

Well, this has now come out and will raise both eyebrows and questions.

They were also convicted for a second fire (I think it was in 2005 or 2006?). During a fire that was already going on, the Hammonds took it on themselves to start a backburn which nearly trapped a group of federal firefighters. I expect that’s what made the government more motivated to go after them not only for that but the earlier one, since those guys could have been killed.

Just as an FYI to others here he has answered my questions to my satisfaction in a PM.

they do that too

This (from the now-defunct Regretsy site, fortunately someone screencapped it) was the first place I’d heard of John Cena, so seeing his name always reminds me of it.

Now that’s nasty!

i Guess what i am trying to say is, what did we do before the FDA? Sure there were cases of salmonella from time to time but do we really have a need for an “agency” for everything that comes in contact with our very being??? Think about it, How many government agencies do we have here in the U.S. watching over our very existence!!! I mean it all has a cost that is associated with every noble cause. The “Rich” cant possibly pay for all of it folks! Think about your paycheck…Thousand a week, taxed at nearly 30% from the get go! (taxachusetts sorry) then on your way home you buy a pack of beers and get taxed, buy a pack of smokes and get taxed, buy a tank of gas for the week and get taxed, take your girl out for dinner later on that night and get taxed…this is what i hear from the guys that work for me. Run a small business in Massachusetts and we could be here ALL night on taxes, fees, and regulations! Just kidding folks, you have had enough of me tonight! LOL Good night all!
