President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter to say that Pence was “harassed” at the show by the cast.
From a guy that probably laughed at Obama, a guy elected by the majority, getting harassed when he “was” president.

if you are going to “speak truth to power” now would be the time to do it. I seriously doubt you will be allowed to do it AFTER they are in power. I know Hamilton is great, and people pay a premium price and wait a long time to see it, but, just once, wouldn’t it be wonderful if the entire audience simply walked out on the arrival of someone like Pence? Just the thought of ii makes the dark days a little brighter.

This is another dividing line incident. It will be reported via Facebook in a totally distorted way as the gays and the nwords booed and harassed this great man, maybe even put his life in danger. Anyone who actually bothers to read a legitimate account will understand that with feelings running as high as they are right now it was probably inevitable. As much as I admire what the writers said, and love the musical Hamilton, I am afraid that in total this story probably does not help our cause because it makes the bully look like the one being picked on.
Gotta ask - why the hell would Mike Dense want to see Hamilton anyway?
It worked for him all through the campaign. He never let any issue garner too much attention before he knocked it out of the news cycle with a new controversy.
And please note, that since the election, this is the third major tweet storm he has launched. Also note how the media is still “oohing and aahing” about how cool it is that he circumvents them with his twitter storms. Because I think we can all pretty much see what is coming there…Trump will create a MAJOR problem with one of his loose tweets and the media will suddenly act surprised to find he tweets at all.
Trump himself suggested that Hillary Clinton be assassinated. When asked if he regretted the tone or any of his statements during the campaign, he answered simply no, because he won.
I’m surprised Donald didn’t tweet that Pence barely escaped the theater with his life. Everything in Donald world must be hyperbolic.
