The official statement from Preshitident Anusmouth Putindickholster on Twitter sounds like an explicit threat against Merck and an effort to force them to lower prices.
The threat against CEO Kenneth Frazier is particularly ominous as it appears to be an ongoing effort by the Republican Preshitident to appeal to his white christian supremacist base by stoking bigotry against minorities. These hateful attacks are timed for the launch of his presidential campaign.

Donald Drumpf is a chimp with a machine gun. His perfect record of being a raging asshole is still intact. The thing that shocks me is that evidently our system of government has no mechanism for purging this fecal stain from our democracy. When someone like Turd Breath can run rampant over the Constitution, support white supremacy and overtly incite violence, it means we have work to do to put in place some way of ridding us of the next Drumpf. Impeachment is there, sure, but the GOP will never pull that trigger.
