What…he’s not calling Bob Ewell as a witness?

In lieu of papers, Kobach will accept whiteness as necessary proof.

Do they know that there are metal detectors at the entrances to courts and that they will probably not be able to wear their tinfoil hats in?

This trio wasn’t available.

And 0% of them think Fat Nixon is a racist and 100% of them believe they’re on the side of Jeebus. A group of white penis’d 'republicun Americans out to screw the rest of us again.

Anything that includes Kobach and von Spakovsky is a guaranteed shit show.

Amazed he didn’t double down on the stupid with Sebby Gorka…

They would’t be doing this if their pollsters told them all will be OK without it. The GOP faces an existential threat: The American people. This case is an attack on those people. Even with an uberGOP’er Judge I doubt it flies.

It’s time for Orly Taitz, herself the victim of wide spread voter fraud in her quest for public office, to reprise her brilliant legal career and file an amicus brief in support of team Kobach.

To which I say: Hahahahahahahaha!! Especially the part about her brilliant legal career. Let’s just say I’ve read papers she’s filed.

I once wasted my time reading a right-wing think tank’s report on “illegal” voters. I discovered they had focused on just one state with 32 counties. But they only were able to obtain voter information from 8 counties (25% of the state). They found a bunch of Spanish names and assumed these were illegal voters–I never found anything in the report that explained why they were illegal voters–and the two researchers went on to extrapolate what percentage of the entire state might be voting illegally.

These are the kinds of misleading statistics that loony tunes conservatives use all the time to justify screwing as many Americans as possible out of the right to vote.

Given the level of Russian disruption involving state voter databases it is nearly impossible in my view for Kobach not to have had some sort of contact with the perpetrators and their operations.

And where’s J. Christian Adams in this clown car?

That qualifies you to be a member of the John “I did something wrong and God punished me, I guess” Kelly Club.

It’s been a couple of years, so not really. She filed a two-page MSJ without a memo of Ps and As and any evidence. Judge asked to see her bar card during the hearing.

Sadly, constantly defending against this sucks up time & resources. A merry-go-round of top priorities for the resistance.

Full voting is fundamental, so I guess it is time to scrape up another donation to ACLU.

There are reasons the same names keep popping up on the so-called “voter fraud” issue. You see, there are very few “experts” for problems that do not exist. Most true “experts” deal with reality-based stuff.

Mayella still has to testify.
