Been there. It’s rural Maryland, but pretty near DC. Camp David is there, surrounded by a pretty nice mountain park. Many sophisticated people live there and (cue banjos) many who are less sophisticated. I’m guessing this guy—oops, scuse me, Kirby Delauter—hails from that second group.

I really wish he’d respond to request for comment, just so I would know why he thought anyone needed previous permission to use his name. Did he not attend school, or go to the doctor, or the DMV, or a job interview ever? Or did he seriously issue written permission to all those people before hand. ( That thought, just put a wide grin on my face.)
