Is the statement by McGahn’s lawyer that Mueller found there was no obstruction true? Not at all, from what I’ve read. He couldn’t indict for reasons totally unrelated to the the crimes committed (OLC, etc.)

He doesn’t say Mueller. He says Barr and Rosenstein. Big (and intentional) difference.
That’s not exactly what McGahn said. Rather he said “the attorney general and the deputy attorney general”.
He did not say “Mueller”…and bear in mind, Barr (the attorney general) is lying/Rosenstein (deputy attorney general) is playing a deep game
