“If America votes like Kentucky, we’ll be fine,” he added.

But most of us won’t.

If there has ever been a less principled public “servant” than Mitch McConnell, I do not want to meet him.

Despicable craven bastard. Would be so sad if he suffered a paralyzing stroke at Hillary’s inauguration right there on the podium. One that leaves him cognizant of the fact that all the misery he’s ever worked for is going down in flames.

How much did you get for your soul, Mitch? An ounce of pottage?

It was easier to stay above the fray when he was going down in flames, wasn’t it Mitch?

Can you just imagine this craven group standing up to Trump? On anything?

Yurtle the snapping turtle finally sticks his neck out.

If Trump wins, he will be a category 5.

I am afraid for our country.
At least when Nixon was President, the GOP members of Congress had respect for our country, Constitution, and laws. All of those things came above Nixon and his Presidency. That same dynamic would not be at play in a Trump Presidency.
The U.S. is on the brink of en existential moment.

Consider this, Mitch: President Hillary Clinton, Democratic Senate majority, nuclear option, Supreme Court Justices and other Federal Court judge, progressive legislation.

Souls are such a glut on the market in an election year that he couldn’t sell it. It is out on loan with an option to buy when the market improves.

Make America Kentucky Again?

A glance at central Pennsylvania tells me this is not the direction the country wants to go.

A terrifying thought. The Republicans controlling the Executive and both houses of Congress.

Oh Kentucky just remember that President Trump promised to revitalize the inner cities for our A/A citizens. He promised to eliminate the regulations on coal fire plants so that your coal miners can work more in those mines that are run by the likes of Don Blankenship of Massey Energy who had to serve jail time for conspiracy to violate safety regulations. And then how many more oil and chemical spills into your rivers can you take. Or how about Bevin and his move to take away/move your Kynect healthcare? Will President Trump get Kentucky enough money in block grants to allow your poorer citizens anymore healthcare? Will President Trump be able to do away with teh Gay in Kentucky, a point of contention that seems to vex a lot of you?

What’s tragic is that if a representative no. of Democrats got off their butts and voted, neither the Presidency nor the Senate would even be a question. The House of Representatives, thanks to gerrymandering, is another story. But apparently, some people can’t be bothered.

If you ever harbored a thought that a Republican Congress would check the extremism of Trump, they answer definitively, “Hell, no.”

Is he trying to help or hurt Trump?
