Yep. He’s in a position to know. And whether or not he consistently fights like a tiger for what’s true and just, you know he’s a bit of a troublemaker. He’d put a stick in Trump’s spokes just out of general dislike and desire to stir the pot, make stuff happen. Like a cat pushing little things off a table, just for the fun of it.

Oh, and Priebus, just this morning, is saying he knows of no connections between Trump’s people and Russian agents. What a lying sack of shit!
And I’m sure McCain hasn’t forgotten those comments questioning his heroism and the less than half-hearted support Trump gave him during this past Senate campaign.

Ummm… Chuck, Rand Paul already answered this question for us:
“I just don’t think it’s useful to be doing investigation after investigation, particularly of your own party. We’ll never even get started with doing the things we need to do, like repealing Obamacare, if we’re spending our whole time having Republicans investigate Republicans. I think it makes no sense,” Paul said.
And since Priebus knows no Russian agents, any connection to “Trump’s people” will be like multiplying by zero.

What we need is a select committee. And (a) special prosecutor(s). GOPers have been shielding PeePee from the real investigation. And they don’t even want this “Repubs investigate Repubs” thing either only because it would make them look bad no matter what, regardless of which way such investigations go.
