Wow, the most affected was a shock. Not!
Trump: TrumpCare will make politics competitive again as my weakest supporters will suffer and die. I will still win in 2020.
Hey, Red State Donnie votersâŚ
The GOP feels they can safely screw over their long-term southern, midwest and NW voters which they are probably correct on, those folks have voted against their interests and with the GOP for decades. But it looks like the GOP is nervous about screwing over the rust belt.
Absolutely!!!
(And, according to this map, my county would suffer low impact.)
Trump voters should be careful what they wish for. It looks like the Fox News demographic is going to be personally asked to pay for that big tax cut for the oligarch class.
I just had a vision of rump not signing the bill into law, which would make him a hero to his base. He saved their health care! Am I nuts?
Hoagie:
Anything can happen with Trump. He could pocket veto the bill and then tell the world he signed it. 35% of the world would believe him. CNN would have panels exploring the contours of the debate. Fox wouldâŚjust be Fox.
Looks a lot like Trumpâs electoral mapâŚ
The South will rise again!
Apparently, from the morguesâŚ
This will hammer the places that voted for TrumpâŚwho will then blame Obama for taking away their health care.
I like that the people who voted for these motherfuckers are the ones whoâll be hurt the most.
Itâs the way it ought to be.
Thatâs right, you Republican voting fucktards: Youâre literally being punished for voting Repug.
Glorious.
Theyâll blame those goddamn east coast and hollywood libtards.
The poor folks believe that if they keep voting for the GOP they will all become rich just like their republican heroes
True, but those of us who didnât vote for them will have to suffer along with them
Even in California those counties that went red are the ones (for the most part) that will be injured most by this new âplan.â
I expect that the GOP will come up with some Luntzian crap to feed their injured base that will allow them escape responsibility for the damage. Iâm convinced that those knuckleheads will believe anything that prevents them from admitting that they were wrong.
It will be interesting to see on the next wave of elections, if the Republicans having misplaced their constituency, will finally look high and low, finding their voters in long lines at fine hospital emergency rooms everywhere. Will they be heading down there with suggested ballots in hand or will the queue finally get a clue.
Iâm trying to take this philosophically, as Iâm almost certain that the Trump Regime, and especially Price, would have malfeasanced the ACA to death in any case. Maybe the Berners are right and the population will rise up, as it were, with âpitchforks and cudgelsâ at the voting booths and a new American Revolution will establish a true workersâ paradise. Most likely not though. Iâm getting and feeling very old and the thought of dying under the Trump machine turns my stomach. That is why Iâll keep going. The idea of any sort of rational illumination suddenly occurring to the âplain (white) folkâ strikes me as improbable in the extreme. So I carry on.
