Libs will be here any minute now, tisk-tisking in disapproval and saying if only Bloomberg would stop “attacking the Constitution” by promoting gun regulations and spend his money instead on ads telling family members not to shoot other family members during arguments that might otherwise have ended as shoving matches this might not have happened. Plus since an 11-year-old used a gun that proves gun-control laws don’t work and who you gonna believe anyway, Libs or the lying statistics?

There’s an idea for a reality TV show. “Stupid People With Guns.” Take a bunch of them put them in room,and give them all the guns
they want, and see how long they last.

Was reading about that. Personally I’m not that interested in how the NRA or their duped minions define things. We’re at the point where they’re like the shop owner in the Pythons’ “Dead Parrot” sketch, simply contradicting the obvious reality, except that they’re not funny at all.
BTW, I’ve seen some good analysis of gun-violence statistics from Mother Jones. Anyone who can suggest other sources, feel free.

Weak fearful and cowardly people become brave with a gun in their hands. Where would this story be if guns were not easily accessible? Would the 84 year old get into a fist fight with the 49 year old? Would an 11 year old do any more than call the police if there weren’t a shot gun handy?
The NRA defended the right of these people to be armed and being armed is the reason they are dead today. Of course the 11 year old will have a hell of a life because of guns. Thanks NRA
