That would have been funnier if the guy was Tim Meadows.

And in her defense, it seems pretty obvious she’s just a dummy who heard that word from someone else and had no idea of the meaning. It’d be one thing if it were black music she was referring to, but it wasn’t. So I think it’s safe to say that she’s not a racist, but listens to someone who is.

By the way for those of you who didn’t see Lady Gaga last night, she sang a medley from the Sound of Music. She was terrific. Julie Andrews came out right after choked up. She treated Lady Gaga like she was handing off the torch. It was touching.

By the way I think Lady Gaga should change her name. She isn’t a novelty act anymore.

Still, the woman is an idiot and should have said “I’m sorry, I honestly did not know it was an insulting term. Now I know and won’t use it in the future.”
