Fail business-executive mentality
It’s possible that any campaign NDA’s are enforceable. But once these people became government employees, the only time any type of agreement is valid is for classified info, and that’s different than the “Trump” agreements. Trump NDA’s are for private sector.
Humm not report treason due to a non-disclosure agreement the treasonous guys had you sign. Yeah that doesn’t seem valid or enforceable.

I don’t know whether NDAs work the way he implicitly thinks they do, where if you let one signer slag you, you lose your ability to go after someone else. Of course, the fact that he’s invoking the NDA against a black woman and decided not to invoke it against a white man…

Campaign lawyers will try to make a case that a NDA signed by a person before the election can validly extend into that person’s White House tenure.
