What needs to happen is the state and especially local authorities and citizens need to more strongly petition the Feds to take action to end this. It should be understandable that Obama is hesitant to make martyrs of these people especially since that seems to be what they want. But if local citizens in Oregon, especially in or near where the occupation is occurring, put enough pressure on Obama to end this, it will end.

An easy start to ending this is stop letting people enter once they leave and at some point look for the Feds and local authority to stop letting these people come if not go.

I think TPM needs to fund a mockumentary on this standoff. I got fits just thinking about the scene with the table full of sex toys and the tantrum, or the online pleading for snacks. Once again, reality proves it’s far more insane that anything we can imagine.

I think this Governor knows what time it is. She strikes me as being very practical in this matter and knows this standoff has gone well beyond the limits of common sense. Its time for these Militia monkeys to get the hell out of Dodge, go home and be made to deal with the repercussions of their actions already.

Governor Brown should recruit Governor Brown, then Governors Brown could apply the exponential power of two.

After Obama heard that Governor Brown called again for the 3rd or 4th time, he’d have to send the Seals, MADD, Red Cross, Blue Cross, the real OCCUPY, NAACP, PETA, ADL, ALCU, NHL, PBA, YMCA, GSA, BSA, HOA and VPOTUS.
