Rupert Murdoch apologizing under oath in public in front of a congressional committee.
Challenging day for the Fox news editor.

Nudge, nudge, wink, wink…

Say no more, say no more…

Not really. Fox can just not cover it and never speak of it.

Between Cohen and the obvious Campaign finance violations there, the Enquirer and its violations and “in-kind” donations to Trumps campaign, it’s only logical and appropriate to look into Fox’s clear advocacy and protection as an “in-kind” donation. The value of Fox’s donation would have to be valued in the 100’s of millions …

They would cover it because they would have to get ahead of it, Thus…

Fox would send some unknown character to be the one to testify, so when Fox news covers it they can put “-D-” after his name, then correct the reporting at something like 3:13 am.

NDA’s … for people and companies who have a lot of things they want Not Disclosed. Keep people from talking so you don’t have to plead the 5th so as to not talk yourself.

A lot of snowflakes get caught up in either. Little red ones in this case.

I think this is a big deal, and house oversight needs to look into it. If Rupert Murdoch killed the story, as looks likely, then it was an illegal inkind contribution to Trump. It certainly calls into question the media’s privilaged access and ability to move public discourse.

What has happened is that same Australian Dude has seized power in the US via pulling the strings on Trump. That he is being paid back by Trump via things like getting the Time-warner (CNN) deal challenged, or privlaged access to the white house, or the Sinclair Deal killed, is corruption at the highest level.

Unless there was a bag of money with a dollar sign on it sent directly to the white house with a note specifying what was being bought, the Supreme Court does not consider it bribery or corruption.

“Nancy Erika Smith said of her client, Diana Falzone”

I am assuming that is Nancy Erika Smith in the picture not Diana Falzone but would it kill you guys to caption your photos?

Keeping this story in the news along with the revelations about the odious Tucker Carlson should, in a universe with any sense of justice, have some negative effect on those who tune in to Fox disinformation regularly. But since the vast majority of those viewers do not dare watch any other network they will most likely not even know this is happening. The plague of willful and intentional blindness that has fallen on the nation cannot be cured until the vast right wing media machine is crippled.

You’d think, but it seems like zombies eating their own brains only makes them hungrier.

Fox zombies don’t have any brains to eat.

There will be slippage…because of the fluctuations we have already seen in Trump’s support. I agree with you about the ones we can’t get (the “Crazyfication Factor”)

But there are “gettable” people in the populace.

And there will be more with additional charges coming down the Pike on Trump, his crew and his enablers in Congress.
