Discussion: Lawyer For Fox Reporter Whose Story Was Killed Nudges Congress To Subpoena Client

IANAL, nor do I play one on TV, but odious as this behavior is, I don’t see how it can be a campaign finance infraction. Free speech includes the right not to say something.

A completely rational editorial decision had to be made. There simply wasn’t enough airtime available for this story what with the Bengazi and Hillary secret server email coverage that quite reasonably took precedence

let the hearings begin

An NDA, huh. Well that certainly casts an interesting light on that pooh-pooing by her editor that all the Very Serious People were saying we should Very Seriously consider.

That is when the War on Xmas coverage will begin anew, even if it’s June 4th.

interesting to find that subpoenas trump NDAs. sounds promising.

I was gonna say…you want some verification of what Michael Cohen has said? She probably has it.

Elijah Cummings, your move.

Yes, grab his little finger and twist.

I love how every news cycle brings more evidence that Faux Nooz is anything but a news organization, yet its adherents cling to this day.

Apparently neither does the Speaker of the House. Unless of course there is bipartisan support.

'[Voice-over narrator]: It won’t.

Praise the Lord, and pass the subpoenas.

The Australian Dude had a ton of power in the US and UK well before Trump. But Trump seems to be his Sleeper Agent in the WH. Trump and Putin both have the same Sleeper Agent in the WH. And there were a ton of other stories most probably killed over there. Megyn Kelly refused to disclose that she was under private body guard protection from Trump Supporters during the Campaign. I wonder how involved Rupert Murdoch was in that decision.

That is true, firing squad is peloton.

But, I was evoking the Tour de France definition. After which a very expensive North American Exercise Machine is named. The name for the mogoya or empelote of riders not in the lead.

I think the ball in Pelota Basca (Jai Alai) is also referred to as el peloton.

Adam, I don't believe that Fox ever gave an official explanation of their supposed boycott. Can you find an official statement?

Also, there were 19 Fox twitter accounts that went dark - & they didn't stop tweeting all at once. pic.twitter.com/FKCAZRf6Q0
