Remember the critics of the pipeline saying that it wouldn’t create all that many jobs? This proves that there will be lots of jobs created for as long as the pipeline is in operation!

Wait for it… this is not 210,000 gallons. It is a mere 5000 barrels.
Chump change.

I’ve been through Marshall County. They went for Whiny by more than 15%. Call your president.

“This was not foreseeable.”

The project has received needed approvals in states between Alberta, Canada, and Nebraska. Nebraska regulators plan to announce their decision next week.

Well, that’s a bit awkward for TransCanada…and for Nebraska regulators if they were planning to give the green light.

An “anomaly” in a weld. Does that mean, like, an interdimensional rift that completely defies our current understanding of physics and materials science? Or are they just using a fancy word to mean “a defect that we just didn’t bother to find by proper inspection?”

Look at the brightside. With this leak many thousands of additionnal jobs will be created.

200,000 is not a leak. It is a massive foreseeable oil spill.

Eh, I’m sure there’ll be a signing order saying these things just happen, so why make a big deal about cleaning it up?

It means that they didn’t properly seal the weld with a phased-harmonic tachyon pulse calibrated for optimal quantum resonance binding. That would have fused that seam at the subatomic level, repairing the anomaly, and most importantly, establishing a direct temporal link between the pipeline and the original dinosaurs, so that the pipeline could capture all of the oil generated by the entire K-Pg extinction event.

So , how long before the pipeline was shut down ? And as it spilled onto agriculture land , that land cannot now be used . So the Company has now f*cked up the food growing system .
Compensation ? Nah .

So what will be EPA’s role in this? Will they participate in overseeing the clean up? This is crazy and is a sure sign that we need to desert drilling for oil. Those days have come and gone and these old crusty white men must be forced to let the shit go!
