The judge appear to have been incredibly polite. I guess you’re not allowed to write an opinion that says “You created this situation, you’re almost certainly guilty, but even if you’re not you don’t have a leg to stand on.”

As a NC resident, but different district. I feel like anyone’s campaign, or contractors they hire, that cheat need to automatically lose or redo vote with that person off the ballot.
