I just laughed so hard at work that I kind of scared some folks. Don’t. Even. Care. Totally worth it.

There may well be a God or Goddess.

There are not many people as contemptible as Kobach.

Unfortunately, we already know how this will turn out. The Drumphster Fire will pardon Kobach. (See: Joe Arpaio.)

What is it with Kansas GOP attorneys? First Phill Kline, then this deplorable. Well, contempt for the contemptible.

Yeah. In his mind, everyone should have contempt for the courts. With no ramifications.

Doesn’t everyone already hold Kobach in contempt?

Kobach has earned a little jail time maybe? And will lose his right to vote because of his conviction? Please let this happen.

Really, Kobach. It’s the first thing a litigator learns. Do not screw with a federal judge.

The blatant and unapologetic erosion of the rule of law by these extremists is nothing short of treasonous. Were are we without an efficiently operating system of checks and balances? How can this even be an issue in the USA? I am beyond irate.

Never good being held in Federal contempt of court.

And it’s ‘assured’ and not ‘ensured’.

Isn’t he running for Governor of Kansas ?
Will this help or hurt?

I’m disappointed. I was hoping she’d issue a ruling that Kobach be jailed for being a racist, fascist, anti-American motherfucker. Not sure which section of the US Code that violates, but I’m hoping the Judge can come up with something.

I don’t know but I’m willing to find out.

Why not throw him in jail until the order is complied with?
