He was sanctioned by a Federal judge recently. I guess he wanted to up the ante. He clearly doesn’t care about the law. I went to high school with one of his assistants, who has been sanctioned by the Kansas State Supreme Court so he is apparently surrounded by lawyers cut from the same cloth.

My questions exactly. How it affects him in the GOP primary will be indicative; if the Koch machine can override his obvious incompetency, he will likely win the nomination. But whether it would help or hurt him in the general is a good question; I don’t see how he could be more detested by our minority of Dems, so would it change the equation much? I don’t know.
