To be clear, this is a black judge appointed by Obama. The prosecution failing to charge this terrorist with terrorism is where the problem lies. They gave him no real choice but to let the guy out on bail.

Yes, it seems hard to balance the various parts of the idea that he is such a danger to society that he has to be held due to charges that we aren’t actually going make.

I hope that he is actually sufficiently intimidated that he doesn’t take this as an opportunity to do something.
