Discussion: Johnson: I Never Said I Opposed Senate Repeal Bill, I Just Needed More Time

So he essentially said nothing.

Johnson is nothing but a spineless jellyfish. He has no morals. He in the end is a yes vote to throw tens of millions off the insurance rolls so some fat cat can get an even bigger tax cut, I hope his constituents overtake his campaign offices this upcoming week.

This para is a good example of Johnson´s CYA style of political discourse:

“First of all I did not agree with leadership when they immediately said we’re going to do this on a purely partisan basis. We should have focused on the damage done by Obamacare, the skyrocketing premiums,” Johnson said, adding later that “it’s not like Democrats are stepping up to the plate.”

He blames leadership for being partisan, then goes partisan by blaming the Ds who - like most Rs even - were locked out of the room. Consistency is not his strong suit.

“Asked if he was moving toward support for the bill, Johnson told “Morning Joe” that Republicans may need to pass an imperfect bill and fix it later.”

You’ve had 7 years to figure out how to fix Obamacare. Didn’t happen.

We know what you’re doing. Tax cuts for the rich. Have the guts to admit it.

Cowards say the darndest things. We’ll break it so we can maybe hopefully later fix it. Yeah…

How about holding a healthcare town hall in your home state of Wisconsin, Iron Balls? I would really, really like to see you face your constituents, turn as white as an albino rabbit, shit in your BVDs, and start crying like a five-year-old who gets punished for not eating his vegetables.

Of course I want him to keep explaining how he was for it before he was against it because it’s a bad look for him, but it pains me to see somebody continue to pour bullets into their big toe. SHUT UP, IDIOT. YOU ARE NOT HELPING YOURSELF.

How in God’s name did this wishy-washy spineless moron doofus manage to win re-election against a sensible, competent man like Russ Feingold? Honestly, I shall never understand this.

Johnson translated: “Hey I never said I didn’t want these people killed - I just think we should get it right.”

I heard Trump has a shorter johnson…

He is a complete moron. This morning he was spinning and sputtering and LYING about the bill. Essentially he said he was going to vote for it because that’s what the Democrats did and the enemy is the perfect of the good and yada yada yada…of course, the whole the Democrats voted to GIVE people healthcare so they didn’t fking DIE and the GOP wants to lower the cost (and SCREW the coverage) because they could reduce the ‘burden’ on the wealthy and yada yada yada…it was incredible. I had to just turn it off and go to work because you know…yada yada yada…

Between Scotty Walker, Michael Clarke, and Ronnie Johnson, Wisconsin is in a world of hurt, intellectually…

He also penned an op-ed in the New York Times on Monday arguing that the Senate bill does not adequately address the issues he sees with Obamacare.

Namely, Obamacare is designed to keep those with pre-existing conditions and the poor and indigent alive, while he feels they need to die. He is just wondering whether instead of withholding healthcare from them, it wouldn’t be more efficient to use gas chambers.
