The Manchester Union Leader’s name is 1/3 true, is IS based in Manchester.
He didn’t mention Merkel. William Weld did. Weld also provided Fox’s name. Would have been interesting to see how this ticket did if Weld was at the top.
I was gonna run for President
but then I got high
I mean, The Pope is great, he’s…uh, great. I like the Queen. I respect the Dalai Lama. Any of those count?
oh ok. The sound was low when I listened. I thought it was GJ.
Can someone from MA please explain to me why they think Weld is putting up with this bullsh*t?
…and BORAT…
Can someone from MA please explain to me why they think Weld is putting up with this bullsh*t?
I was wondering the exact same thing… Weld used to have a reputation as a sensible, not-totally-crazy Republican. He must be saying to himself, “What the fuck was I thinking hooking up with this bozo?”
This may explain things a bit:
"On October 12, 2005, Johnson was involved in a near-fatal paragliding accident when his wing caught in a tree and he fell approximately 50 feet to the ground. Johnson suffered multiple bone fractures,
including a burst fracture to his twelfth thoracic vertebra, a broken rib, and a broken knee; this accident left him 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) shorter. He used medicinal marijuana for pain control from 2005 to 2008.
No one can convince me that these two clueless, ignorant men are currently pulling in a combined total of about 50‰ of the electorate simply because Clinton is a bad candidate. She’s overqualified in comparison to these two. The fact that either of them is doing well is a shining example of what misogyny looks like.
Come on folks, don’t be so harsh. “Aleppo” is the name of his bong.
Then “Merkel” would be the bubbling sound it makes?
His wing was just practicing it’s “outreach” to Green Party voters. Completely understandable, it’s not like you can steer those things…wait
My brother is 65 and has smoked weed each and every day since age 10, he has the same memory/cognition issues as mr smokey johnson there.
He does believe in global warming, he also believes that man is a huge factor.
I suspect even the toke king is smart enough not to name Putin as someone he admires, but I do wish that Matthews had taken the next logical step by asking if there were any world leaders that GJ does not admire.
Herman Cain probably can’t stop grinning today.
Didn’t Bill Clinton nominate Weld to be Ambassador to Mexico and then Jesse Helms killed the nomination? If at least one of them couldn’t come up with the name…
The fact that either of them is doing well is a shining example of what misogyny looks like.
After reading Johnson’s wiki profile, it doesn’t seem to me that he’d be an obvious choice for Trump-like misogynists; he’s been pretty forthright in his support for abortion rights and gay marriage, and his anti-military intervention stance and advocacy of radically cutting the military budget don’t jive with the hysterically macho bomb-the-shit-out-of-everybody views of most male Trumpers.
Of course he’s a traditional lunatic libertarian in most other respects, which includes essentially gutting Social Security and Medicare, among many other idiot ideas. You can make the argument that the end result of his policies would be substantial harm to women, but men would be harmed as well.
Now if we’re talking about male Sanders supporters who supposedly have gravitated to Johnson instead of Stein, misogyny would certainly seem to be a reasonable explanation, given the diametrically-opposed philosophies of Sanders and Johnson concerning the proper role of government in public life. Any male Sanders supporter who’s now supporting Johnson instead of Stein exhibits either extreme ideological incoherence or basic bias against female politicians.
Johnson: What’s a Google?
I think you’re right. There’s no reason that a hardcore libertarian would think much of Fox’s policies.
There’s a bumper sticker for you: “Having a Brainfart: Johnson/Weld”
