Discussion: JoeScar Defends Clinton: She Never Said Sanders ‘Unqualified’ To Be Prez

Maybe what Sanders isn’t qualified to do is check facts before blasting an opponent about something she never said?

Clinton also questioned Sanders’ credentials as a Democrat in two Wednesday interviews, including on MSNBC.

I fail to see the controversy or reason to dispute Clinton's assertion Sanders isn't a Democrat, as in a declared member of the Democrat Party. Below is his contact information from the United States Senate official website. He's list as to party affiliation as an "I". All he has to do to clear up any confusion is request that designation be converted to a "D". Until then Clinton is on solid ground.

It’s quite noteworthy that he seems not to have taken exception to something she actually did say, about how he might not actually be a Democrat.

Given that he’s always disdained to join the Democratic Party, and that he’s been unwilling to help fundraising for the Party’s candidates this year, and that he’s now painted himself into a corner from which he can’t logically support Clinton as the Party’s candidate in November, I guess he intends to fire his cannon in all directions from now on. Pity, that.

Is he gonna do a Trump and whine about how she made him do it?

Bernie’s millennials will remember his “unqualified” remark long after he loses the nomination and all they will remember is that he discouraged them for voting for HRC

That’s why SchmoeScar is My Guy!!!

WRONG

But remember Lewis Carroll and broken clocks.

That’s the point – purity must be maintained.

But while it may pose a problem in the general, the bigger problem with these Bernie drive-by voters is that they are supremely unreliable in the midterms.

Methinks that, in the face of BernieDerp, Hill may get a few people. And it may offset the drop-off by BernieNiks…especially if these BernieNiks were never going to be on the radar in the first place and/or they might be Indies who (a) would not have voted anyway or (b) voted Republican.

But I’m not Nate. I’m (a) Nut.

Sanders Blames The Media For His ‘Unqualified’ Tiff With Clinton

That is a good sign.

Bern is not good at saying the phrase “my bad”. If he is blaming the Media, that’s code for “I fucked up”.

“I FUCKED UP LIKE A _____________” (Be Inventive :sunglasses:)

I’m guessing that smarmy bastard Tad Devine had something to do with their decision to go down this sleazy road.

I think Bernie really lost it here. His histrionics were way over the top IMHO.

It wasn’t really necessary for Joe to explain it because it’s plain to see on the video and transcript, but there it is.

He’s a Democrat in name only now so he could be on the ballot in every state. He knows how hard it is for third parties to qualify, especially with the word Socialist anywhere in their name: “Excuse me, sir, here in Alabama, would you sign this petition so Bernie Sanders - Socialist can be on the ballot in November.” Good luck with that.

And we keep hearing about his amazing fund-raising prowess, but it doesn’t seem to be trickling over to any Democrats down ballot. The ones who would have to carry out his unicorn plans if he got elected.

Yes, that’s the problem with this. She didn’t say he was unqualified and his (feverish?) overreaction is really troubling. Probably harmful as well as you say

Joe I see you are trying to straddle those two pieces of ice you are standing on going down stream toward oblivion after this election.

Does seem odd, the lack of umbrage from Sen Sanders-- when it goes on full-frontal-display at perceived sleights. May be a subliminal acceptance.
