Voter fraud, arrest him
Soooooo, Old Jeb’s been passing all these years huh?
Jeb Hispanic?
C’mon. I live in Tucson some 50 miles from Mexico. I live in a city that’s 45% Hispanic and I speak some Spanish (not enough btw). But my genetic heritage is Celtic as the day is long.
I agree @musgrove…voter fraud
It’s funny how the rare instance of voter fraud seems to be almost solely committed by Republicans.
Elizabeth Warren has more non-WASP blood in her veins than Jeb, who has none, but rest assured: there will be no outcry and ridicule over Jeb’s “passing” for Latino.
Plucky, here in AZ the repubs whine about illegals voting but that would mean exposing one’s self to the system. If one is in country illegally you want to stay hidden. Republicans seem to miss that fact when whining about voter fraud.
Jeb, what’s up esé?
This reminds me of a scene in My Name Is Earl where Joy gives birth to Crabman’s biracial baby and then proceeds to say something racist and then assures the black nurse that, “Oh, it’s alright, I can say that. I just had a black baby.”
It never occurred to me just how hilariously ridiculous the “illegals are voting” argument was until somebody brought up that point. Someone who is here illegally isn’t going to attract attention by trying to vote. We can’t even get the folks born here to vote, why would anyone think the undocumented would risk getting caught to do so?
Frankly, I think it’s all part of the seven year whine in which Republicans question Obama’s legitimacy as president by claiming President Obama only won election and reelection because he cheated (kinda like how University of Kentucky fans don’t ever believe their team lost a game. They’ve only ever been cheated out of victory. Kinda like Saturday night. hahahahahahaha)
His secretary, Rose Mary Woods, was typing the registration form when the phone rang. Reaching for the phone, she accidentally activated the autocorrect with her foot.
(Hey, it worked for Nixon)
I want to see his birth certificate.
Who cares? I think the simplest explanation is that he filled out the form absentmindedly. There are a million reasons to oppose Jeb Bush. This isn’t one of them.
Bush: "I don’t always commit voter fraud, but when I do, I check the box that says “Hispanic”
Stay fatuous, my friends."
Isn’t there “white, non-hispanic” which would be how a Spaniard describes himself?
It’s also funny how when conservatives scream and point their fingers at liberals it seems it’s something they’re already guilty of.
Like voter fraud.
Was one of the other choices “Pat Buchanan”?
I think a Spaniard would describe himself as a handsome, debonaire and sophisticated southern European, with a taste for fine wine, good food and Miguel De Cervantes.
Is selecting the wrong ethnicity voter fraud? That seems a bit of a stretch.
A wee dram of hyperbole in the cause of naughtiness is no vice.
