You know something…I don’t care. Hell, Lord Patrick Ashdown, the former leader of the Liberal Democrats in Britain had an affair with a woman, was caught and all they did was mock him as Paddy Pantsdown. I mean, it wasn’t as if the guy was caught trying to smuggle pornography illegally across the border or strangled to death while wearing fishnet stockings, a garter and a pair of women’s underwear! It’s not as if his mistress was also the mistress of a moffioso. So, honestly, it’s time to really just forget about these kinds of sordid affairs.

I don’t care what any politician wants to do sexually, unless the same politician is pushing hypocritical stances on marriage and sexuality (which pretty much just means conservatives). If he isn’t, than this is a private matter.

Does this strike anyone else of her being some sort of Republican ploy? It seems weird that she would have been happened upon by two congress people, both Democrats, of distant states.

I really don’t care what people do as long as they are not holy rollers attempting to control other peoples private lives. But this story reeks.

Especially considering they didn’t actually do anything sexually. They’re basically having “virtual” affairs. I gotta say though, these guys are f**kin stupid for getting involved in this (unless they’re prepared to come out and say ‘my significant other knows about it and i don’t care if anybody disapproves of it, this is what I do and I like it’). I think the reality is that it’s hidden from their families and they are going to apologize profusely.

He is not married so what is the big deal? I did not have a problem with Anthony Weiner sexting either except that he was married at the time. Although I think his wife knew, or pretended not to know.
