Discussion: House GOP Votes To Sue Obama

Especially since he is a son of an unwed mother…that will really make them explode

The author got carried away with the caveat, the first time in US History. What a shame he made such an issue out of a routine lack of standing stunt.

"There have been other lawsuits against presidents by members of Congress. In 2006, Democrats sued President George W. Bush over the budget. And this year, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) sued over the health care law’s effect on his staff. Both of those were tossed by judges who ruled that members of Congress lacked standing to sue, since none suffered actual injury.

Wait a minute! Steve Stockman and Paul Broun voted against the lawsuit?

What is up with that?

The suit will be tossed, no standing.

If they want a different result then pass it out of the house, have him veto it, and over ride the veto.

Boehner also sued to defend DOMA and lost to Roberta Kaplan and Edie Windsor. Once again, he is on the wrong side of history, the law and what is commonly known to be right and fair.

Poor Baggerdumb’! That “One Term Obama” thingy’ just didn’t work out for them and they just can’t stop slaming their tiny lil’ penises in the car door. {{{Ouchy!}}}

Not to worry Baggertards’! Mitch the Turtle is working hard to make sure he’s only a two term president!

Boehner faces an uphill battle in court. The first big question is whether he can achieve “standing” which requires proving a material injury to the House.
Speaking of suing, to bad it’s not possible to sue the house speaker for not standing up for The Constitution of the United States on the grounds of always being on his knees satisfying his doners and the rwnj which leads to elbow and knee chaffing while screaming, I hate obama, I hate obama to relieve the pain. lol What a pathetic individual. I have never met this bottom feeder of the ocean feces and I never will. But someday I am going to enjoy the moment when he is off the taxpayer payroll. The sooner the better for all of us.

OMFG! and LOL! Wiki has a page on the laughable attempts and bloviating threats from the RepubliKKKlans to impeach the president.
I’m waiting for woowoo Curt Clawson to weigh in. Blustering about impeaching our first African American president will totally cement his image and get him the keynote at CPAC next year.

GOP Contards of Baggerdumb’!: “Whuuuuut? Gotdayuumit’ we wants him in-peeeeeeeeeeeeached’! Speaker Boner’ won’t do that? Well then in-peeeeeeeeeeeeach that RINO orange too!”

First of all, how does the House vote to do ANYTHING by themselves??? They simply CANNOT spend taxpayers money without the approval of the Senate AND a signature of the President. If Boehner proceeds with this, he needs to be impeached himself and charged in criminal court with the absconding of PUBLIC FUNDS…The Republican Party can fund this charade but the House of Representatives CANNOT!!!

‘Baghdad’ Boehner - “We have not future plans.” = GOP Platform in 2014, 2016 and for the forseeable future.

Alex Jones has discovered the most egregious conspiracy to date, and one certainly worthy of impeachment: Obama’s election was a false flag to distract the nation from Obama.

FOX update: Our super sleuth Alex Jones has learned that this false flag operation, known as the “Lawsuit That Has No Clothes,” will pave the way for Obama’s THIRD TERM!

Boehner simply CANNOT spend public money on something like this, the Senate must agree, it won’t, and the President must sign legislation to SUE HIMSELF…he won’t. If Republicans proceed to spend public money on this, Boehner needs to be charged with stealing public funds and impeached along with the ENTIRE Republican House leadership team.

A historic date: Jumping the Shark gets a vote and passes. These are completely ridiculous people who unfortunately have millions of yahoos behind. But it’s still an unprecedented Shark Jump.

This IS the first time the body has voted on such an issue, so it IS in fact a big deal…standing is the least of our concerns, who is funding this charade? The House cannot allocate money by itself…

Poor Weepy Boner’! It’s not our fault that the batshitcrazy bunch of window lickers you call the GOP base has been clamoring 24/7 to IN-PEECH’ and has been doing so nonstop since January 2009. They’re gonna’ be mad now! Sorry though…They’re YOUR unruly mob, not ours… Enjoy!

Where is the money coming from to hire the lawyers??? Boehner simply cannot spend public funds on this without the Senate and the President agreeing to the expenditure, they won’t…everybody is talking about standing, I understand that argument, but I believe Republicans better fund this privately or they will be committing a crime against the nation.
