So on strictly partisn lines the House votes to sue a sitting president for the first time in history. The reason for the suit? Executive orders, a practice begun by George Washington and performed by every president since. So what is the only difference between this president and the 42 guys who held the office before him? When you answer that, you’ll know the REAL reason for the lawsuit.
