Well, now, that’s not going to work. As far as anyone knows, Drumpf has no business ties to Benghazi.

When it comes to Trump, Chaffetz’ “oversight” means he will sit and watch over what ever Trump does.

There are few creatures in congress I find as odious as Chaffetz, not the least of which being he’s responsible for pressing Comey to meddle with the election. House Dems need to put a LOT of pressure on him over the next 4 years and hold him out as the one responsible for not being a check on Trump’s impending illegal business practices while in office.

I seriously doubt JC will provide any meaningful oversight of HO’s administration, but it sure would be interesting if he did because dictators do not like questions. From anyone.

For added effect, the Dems should have his daughter read the letter to him. That way, he can look in her eyes again for the second (hundredth) time and explain how politics are more important than his word and integrity.

The chances Chaffetz will investigate trump is nil. He doesn’t have the balls. He should also look at Comey’s partisan attacks on Clinton. And we know for certain that will never happen.

As Trump says, the voters decided this was irrelevant when they voted for him.

The only valid investigation targets are the people that the other side voted for.

He did much worse. He provided the legal cover so Comey couldn’t be brought up on charges, since it was Chaffetz who leaked the memo, and not Comey. Its a minor gnat from an ethics point of view, but its huge from a legal point of view, and obviously, neither of them cares in the least about ethics.

But, the timing is all wrong here. Nobody on the republican side is going to lift a finger against Trump until he bucks their bills. Then all the knives will come out.

Yup, oversight has different meanings.

I don’t know how many articles I’ve read in the past month or so solemnly warning that Donald Trump as President could lead the country down an authoritarian path because he’s got this unique sort of personality that would lead him to use the powers of the federal government to harass and intimidate his political enemies and wouldn’t that suck. You look at Chaffetz, or Gowdy, or any of them, and you have to laugh. The GOP now has zero integrity and is devoted 100 percent to taking power by any means. Trump is the culmination of a long, sordid process.

More likely"oversight" will mean to “overlook” in regards to Trump.

Other more pressing investigations going on: email server parts 1-15, Benghazi parts 1-20

Good. This has to be the result of our many phone calls demanding oversight!

Oversight = overlook. Also, Chaffetz is a traitor, ready to accept a president with Unconstitutional ties to foreign state economic interests.

“I still have a duty and obligation to get to the truth about one of the largest breaches of security at the State Department."

Oh, god I hope Trump nominates Patreus for something now. Well, also, the part where he’s reasonably sane would be a plus as well.
