To be fair, he will be entirely consistent in his batshit response and issue a proclamation that “not even have of those departments are necessary and fully none of them is competent or does anything right, so no, what you need to do is get rid of all of it.”
What I don’t understand about conservatives is that they tend to hate federal government and think that much of what they do should be handled by the states. Why is state government OK, but federal bad? Are state governments somehow lean and mean non-bureaucratic machines? In many cases, wouldn’t it be more efficient to handle at a country level rather than duplicating efforts across each state?
They tend to view all of life through the lens of their wallet, and that causes them to miss the big picture.
