Discussion: Hannity, D'Souza On Indiana Backlash: Where's Outrage On Sharia Law? (VIDEO)

“Hannity then asked why there hasn’t been outrage as a group speaking out against Sharia law and women not being able to vote or drive in Saudi Arabia or not being able to leave their own homes without a male relative.”

I guess because they’re too busy making sure this kind of shit doesn’t start happening at home.

Cause another religious law’s in place in Indiana

They are silent about sharial law for the same reason they don’t talk about you chickening out of being weaterboarded for charity or the other fellow’s felon conviction. Neither are relevant to this topic.

Actually Sean, these so called religious freedom laws written by ALEX and funded by the likes of the Koch brothers are America’s equivalent to Sharia law. By opposing discrimination under the false cloak of religious freedom in the US, we are in fact opposing Sharia law which does the same thing…it discriminates under the false cloak of being a religion.

Sean - why don’t you oppose ALEC and the Koch’s and their spread of hatred and discrimination right here in America!

A false equivalency says what?

Since sharia law is a religious belief, it is now protected from government interference in Indiana:

NO BURQA, NO HIJAB, NO SERVICE.

“Gays and lesbians, they might disagree with me on gay marriage, or they might disagree with somebody — a religious person as it relates to their Christian views, but why are they so silent on the bigger issues of the day, which would be taking on radical Islamists?” Hannity asked, noting that gay people and women are mistreated under Sharia Law.

What are the chances of a state legislature using Sharia law to discriminate against gays and women? I’m thinking it’s not likely, but I’m also pretty sure that liberals would protest loudly were such a thing to become law.

Night follows day. Fox releases the hounds of the batshitervilles,

I sadly assure you there are true believers of anything seen on Fox. It’s a drug for them.

That’s cold.

So the adulterer and the felon were in court the day their schools taught about the Establishment Clause in the Constitution? Oh that’s right, it only applies to Congress and not state legislatures :shit:

The law would allow Muslims to import Sharia into their businesses. No beards, No Burquas No Service.

Posted before I saw yours.

I going to guess it’s the same reason I get mad at irrational religious zealots and tea partiers, but not at Morlocks, Bigfeet, Fairies, or Yetis?

Yup.
Pence claims there’s no discrimination in the bill but that is clearly the intent. As I said yesterday I think they could’ve left well enough alone (as could Arkansas) and gone with the 1st and 14th amendments which cover religious freedom and equality before the law.

Why do Sean (its pronounced “Seen” according to Herman Cain) Hannity and his conservative followers shit a brick if some poor soul received twenty dollars more in food stamps than they were eligible for, yet are completely silent on the billions of dollars in corporate profits stashed in off shore tax havens.

> **"If they were to mount a strong attack on radical Islam and its treatment of gays and lesbians, that would strengthen American foreign policy," D'Souza responded. "That would make the case for more U.S. involvement or intervention. They don’t want that."**

These two nimrods don’t even realize what they are saying (or maybe they do) – if the LGBT community “mount(ed) a strong attack on radical Islam”, it would mean certain death/imprisonment for the LGBT. Islam treats homosexuality as a crime

Thanks to the idiots in the Indiana legislature and the relentlessly stupid buffoon known as Mike Pence, the Indiana RFRA law is, for all practical purposes, Sharia Law—right here in the US.

And conservatives all across the nation plan to pass more Sharia-style laws in the name of their White Supremacist Jesus, whom they have created out of whole cloth.

A lot of the ads on Fox “News” are for various investment scams, phony supplements, and other junk that the networks won’t touch. This ad for Old Glory Insurance is fairly typical.

Why, yes, Hannity’s views are really that stupid.

But only because Hannity is really that stupid.
He makes Dinesh D’Felon look almost intelligent by comparison.
