Discussion: Hannity: Cohen Was 'Forced By Prosecutors' To Change His Story

gee, Sean, you sound a bit skeered.

I suppose someone should mention to Hannishit that the Feds have recordings. Which is very likely the reason Cohen folded like one of Manafort’s cheap expensive suits. But truth doesn’t really matter when all you have to do, night after night, is fellate an audience of one.

Haha. He was your lawyer, too, Hannity.

Actually, the first lesson is ‘not to be friends with Trump’.
Everything else is pretty much common sense.

Hannity is probably actually right in this case. Cohen’s first story was a steaming pile of bullshit. The prosecutors then played the recordings that Cohen himself made and asked him if he wanted to change his story. Facing eternity in prison… he changed his story to something a little closer to the truth. That’s not going to make anyone in Trumpland feel very comfortable.

Hannity suffers from diarrhea from two orifices now.

What do you call a witch hunt that keeps catching witches?

I for one cannot wait for Hannity’s “turn in the barrel”.

I’m sure Cohen has expansive information on Hannity’s financial “gymnastics” and “payments” to others along with his “money re-purposing” and “global movement”.

i.e. Tax Fraud, Money Laundering, Bank Fraud, unreported Foreign Bank Accounts, Campaign Finance Violations, etc.

Remember: “Birds of a Feather Flock Together”.

The first rule of Trump Club is you have to be a complete slimeball, apparently Cohen is only 99% slime.

I can’t wait until the Blue Tsunami hits this fall and then in Jan we get Christmas (for real!) when the Dem led house unwraps Trumps taxes.

It’s such a shame that Cohen was forced to be honest, instead of lying his ass off with impunity to get his way.

And thus the cult was broadcast the excuse line to use regarding Cohen - both to cut off members’ own doubts/cognitive dissonance, and to be used by russian bots and generic trump trolls across the internets today.

Encouraged to tell the truth is what happened and today the reality of law seems so much stronger than Hannity’s conspiracy fantasies. Our country’s going to be ok.

I wonder what Sean thinks about the latest tweet

Seems like he should stop using Cohen for legal advice

As we have already been told by a different apologist, the truth is not the truth. Hannity is just putting some “journalist polish” on the bullshit.

He looks like he’s sitting there pretty comfortably considering he just crapped himself.

“Sean Hannity, who has sought out Cohen’s advice in the past on legal matters related to real estate, suggested that based off ‘knowing (Cohen) all the years I have known him, he was probably forced by prosecutors’ to change his story”

Small point, I know. But I’ve noticed before this odd Millennial expression–“based off.” Aside from the fact that it doesn’t make any sense–if a claim is off a base it doesn’t follow from that base–it’s also irritating. Please, it’s based on.
