So when is Senator Grasshole up for re-election? Must be coming up soon…

Well, Grassley actually sounds like he means business. I don’t know him well enough to know what to expect from him in actions.

But on the other hand, Grassley doesn’t remember anything from one moment to the next.

Grassley of hold up M. Garland fame, is an extreme Republican whose word cannot be trusted. So now he is laying the responsiblity on Feinstein. I trust her but not Grassley. Why doesn’t he take responsibility himself to investigate what is obvious to everyone except compromised Republicans?

Grassley was just reelected in 2016. But I do think their internal polling is showing a thumping in 2018. Or he could be Lucy getting ready to pull the football away.

But wouldn’t it be crazy if the black-hearted old hypocrite had discovered some unexpected puddle of integrity and patriotism left in the dessicated roots of his long-since withered soul when Comey let him and DiFi into that Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility?

Not saying he has, of course. Probably not.

Grassley would rather walk through a furnace in a gasoline suit than damage the GOP brand.

He’d sooner investigate obstruction of justice charges against Loretta Lynch than against Trump droids.

Expect very little.

You won’t be disappointed.

If you believe Grassley would conduct an honest investigation against a fellow Republican, I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

This is the GOP strategy. Talk a good game and do nothing. If you do investigate, make sure it goes no where.

Puff and preen for the cameras and then vote the party line.

I wonder if the GOPers have an internal number for tramp’s rapidly eroding approval which will finally kick them into some kind of self-preservation action.

PeePee’s at his all-time low for approval, all-time high for disapproval as of today. Looks like simply naming the weeks (Infrastructure Week, Back to Work Week…) isn’t working as planned.

I thought that this week was *Cabinet Gives Me a Public Blowjob" week.

If these guys know how to do anything it’s count. When the numbers say it’s time to let Trump go they will.

Has any explanation for this farce come out ? I wonder why DT thought that was necessary, is he facing a mutiny ?

36% approval to 60% disapproval. I don’t trust Grassley to do anything that isn’t just awful, but I think he might be hedging his bets here.

You do write novels on the side, right?
If not, you should.

Hope springs eternal.

On the other hand, Trump is a fraud and criminal and maybe he is just a bridge to far even for the likes of Grassley. Iowa has a large disturbing block of evangilical voters who seem faithful to Trump.

Well, this is interesting, as he hasn’t been interested in any of this until about a week ago. Wonder what changed his mind? Or who changed his mind?

He wants a tape he can fap to over and over.

I think his approval numbers have to go under 30 before we start seeing some start to break, and i do not know what will cause those 35 percent who still support him to finally wake up.
