Come to think of it, it seems to be a plot line people, or at least Americans, never get tired of, as long as it’s either not obviously derivative or, if it is, is ostentatiously intended as an homage. Which probably says something about us. Possibly something good.

Grassley won’t rule out obstruction of justice investigation? Ha! Let me help you here Chuck, there is no way on God’s green earth you suggest nor go along with anything that takes you out of the Trump shadow. Nothing.
In line with what you are saying, the way this could happen is if Grassley thinks that Trunp is sufficiently damaging to the republican brand that the party is better off getting rid of him, while looking as noble and patriotic as possible.

Grassley is singlehandedly responsible for blocking Single Payer from the ACA, because his biggest donors are insurance companies.
