God almighty, this is so tiresome and tedious. I was thinking about the enormous amounts of energy and money Trump has cost us so far - besides the golfing and Melania’s SS, there’s the myriad lawsuits, and now this. It’s fucking March.

So many ways to see it, and other threads have gone over them in depth.

The hesitation and dragging of feet says something is up. I can appreciate the fact that even if the nature of the situation is not all that dire, even an “It’s complicated” response could create a fire storm.

If there is nothing to be seen, then a simple no would answer the question. However, it does smack of rescheduling the auditors in accounting while they get their act together. That worries me.

Agreed. Isn’t the question hanging out there “Is there or isn’t there an investigation of Russian ties?”

I don’t think Comey was supposed to come back with the outcome of an investigation, just answer the simple question about whether or not there is, or was, an investigation into the PeePee/Russia connection.

So why the foot dragging?
