Discussion for article #233299

Well indictments donā€™t necessary mean convictions. We have been down this road many times before with the same result.

Of course! Heā€™s in Mississippi and he was elected!

A democracy is only as good, as the intelligence and good faith, of the electorate. And this is pretty bad.

Sounds like a perfect candidate for the GOP. Weisenberger/Trump 2016!

They can be elected, or they can be appointed by a GOP Governor with a GOP Senate and a GOP house.

You pick.

He should be charged with a hate crime, plain and simple.

I thought he might be wearing a police uniform in that picture, but itā€™s actually the uniform of his second job as security guard at the flea market in Canton, population 13,200. It was in that capacity that he assaulted the young man who was helping people load stuff in their cars for tips. Flea market security guard, degenerate racist, bully, and judge. Sheesh!

He ā€œmightā€ lose his judgeship? Um, he should already be gone. One need not be convicted of a crime to get fired from oneā€™s job. He obviously has issues and shouldnā€™t be a judge, or a lawyer.

Yeah, everyone else is a liar and heā€™s the only honest person left in N. Carolina. Whether heā€™s convicted or not, he should lose his judgeship.

Yeah, you shouldnā€™t use that wording. Itā€™s definitely not P.C., and I think most people find the word ā€˜retardedā€™ offensive and derogatory toward our friends with mental challenges.
