Discussion: Graham: 'Nut Job' Trump Will Be GOP Nominee, 'Lose Badly' In General Election

Discussion for article #246475

Damn I wish I knew that Celine Dion song.

I was told that it’s a good time.

He’s your own creation Miss Lindsey.

Donald Trump is indeed a nut job and Lindsey Graham should go back to the starring role in “Petticoat Junction” from whence he (or she) came…

Thank you, Lindsey, for reminding your voters of some of Trump’s Greatest Hits that might’ve been forgotten!

He added that Clinton also would protect President Barack Obama’s health care law, block the Keystone XL pipeline and ensure federal funds for Planned Parenthood.

Wait, is this guy campaigning for Hillary or what? If so, he’s a doing a good job!

What Hispanic person would vote for the Republican Party when the leader of the party has just called illegal immigrants as a group mostly rapists and drug dealers,

2800 Hispanics who voted for Trump in NV: (Banging head against the wall) We had no clue!

The strongest argument against the GOP’s leading candidate comes from… the GOP? #StrangeButTrue

Nice misogyny there bkmn.

And yes calling a man by female pronouns and meaning it as insult is textbook misogyny,

Well if that’s what’s in the future Sen Graham might want to talk to his GOP’er buddies about that Court vacancy. If he has it right a Democrat will win and sit in the oval office for 4 years. The GOP’ers can’t obstruct for 4 years. Giving that Dem. a pretty safe bet in nominating a real Leftie.

So they best take their chances with Obama. He’s more likely to nominate a “consensus” pick than Clinton or Sanders. One that will piss off Democrats too. They’d best give this some thought. If a Democrat wins the General Election and that position is still vacant they’re going to know what “what goes around comes around” is all about.

The GOP is counting on winning the presidency so they can maintain a conservative supreme court. At the same time, they are trashing their candidate for president (and he will be the nominee). Just love the way these guys think.

And now TMWWTBK (the man who wants to be king) will have to tweet something sleazy about Graham, thus proving Graham’s point.

“You can’t nominate a nut job and lose and expect it doesn’t have consequences.”

With all due respect, Senator, all of the Republican candidates are nut jobs. If you would like to see a different outcome, I’d recommend that you find better candidates.

Glad to see Graham join the Democratic party.

But Lindsey, look at all the openly bigoted, poorly educated, gay hating, white supremacists that Trump has drawn to the GOP. You should be thrilled!

You know, I’ve followed politics for a long time and followed the sayings of Lindsay Graham, particularly his vicious anti-Obama war-mongering with asshole J. McCain(who I genuinely feel is a war hero for his service especially as a POW) and his abortive and feebly-supported run for the Oval Office. I can’t remember one single instance where he accurately foresaw the outcome of any event or process. Put another way, while I like to see this intramural dirty boxing, I have no respect left for the senator.
