Though not the worst, 16.50-% poverty rate for S. C. makes one want to ask Graham what the fuck he’s thinking. Lot’s of big wealth in the coastal region but the rest of the state looks dirt poor until you get down to the low country. Greenville is making a few strides though. Yet without a doubt, one of the most racist, right wing nuttery, bible toting states around. Oh and guns. And don’t get me started on how poorly Mark Sandford’s mother was treated in her old age by his entire family, a disgrace for such a “Christian” family. May that grande dame rest in peace.
(That said, the low country is so beautiful, Hunting Island is one of my favorite beaches anywhere and low country food is out of this world good.)

Just to see how they were covering things, I went over to Fox online the other night. Graham was being interviewed by Brian Kilmeade. It has to be the most self-demeaning thing I have ever seen. Words can’t express what a whipped and tortured cur he is. I urge you to watch it (particularly if you’re in need of a good vomit), and please be sure to down vote it in the process.
If a state is so rife with negative qualities it constitutes a blot on the Republic my point is people need to avoid it. All of it and everyone in it. Patronizing such a state only enables their repugnant beliefs and practices. North Carolina surrendered on their revolting bathroom bill because the NCAA, NBA, NFL and many businesses made it known they were pulling business and canceling events unless they rescinded the law. If I was passing through South Carolina and fricking starving on the southern border of the state I’d wait until I passed into another state before eating. Then again the only reason I’d be there was because a gun was to my head. Ostracism and shunning need employed. Make it hurt, make it expensive to be so goddamned bigoted and backwards.
