It must be his PTSD after Hillaryās testimony in the Benghazi saga. Thereās no other explanation for believing that his Republican friends will be influenced by the facts that are uncovered.
Whether Gowdy means what he said or not, I like that he spoke out in support of Mueller.
Outside of the fact that Republican lawmakers can do nothing to stop Mueller from doing his job, any reduction in the amount of whining gibberish coming from them would be welcome.

Maybe he thinks that if he stands up for Mueller, that will make people think his endless investigations into Hillary will have more merit. Sorry, duffus. Youāre correct on Mueller, but thatās it.
Gowdy showing logic? Well, he is an attorney, and must have some insight into what interference with Mueller could lead to. Anyway, the committee investigations popping up might even uncover something incriminating that he wants to remain under wraps.
