Those are changes to “policy” made by Congress. Budget cuts are their doing as is DADT.

But what he said was: " Hey, if you disagree with the policy that the White House has given you, let’s have a resignation."

Or Obama. The man is a coward. Another GOP’er loud mouth that stuck his foot in it and doesn’t have the stones to admit that. What he wanted was for General Officers to end their careers in a way that would benefit the GOP. He couldn’t care less about them and his intent was to use and dupe them.
