It’s absolutely true. I admire Johnson. He wasn’t the nicest of people, but he cared for others like few Presidents I’ve ever read about.
I once explained to someone that the ideal our society pushes is the Rich White Cisgender Heterosexual Man. Each step away from that you get, the further down the sociological ladder you are. It’s kind of alright to be a Middle Class White Cisgender Heterosexual Man or a Rich Black Cisgender Heterosexual Man or a Rich White Cisgender Heterosexual Woman…Of course, the way society treats others, the worst one can be is a Poor Black Transgender Lesbian Woman.
At least we talk about the murders of young, relatively poor black cis-het men. Our media doesn’t even tend to cover the murders of poor black trans women.

Here’s a link to a conversation LBJ had on the phone from the WH with his tailor as he ordered new trousers. He wants enough space in the crotch where his “nuts hang” and enough room for his “bunghole.” and lets out a huge belch during the conversation. Maddow played it on air some time ago, and I roar every time I hear it again.

I read a bio of him about a decade ago…Johnson really didn’t care what people thought of him. Some of what he did was very funny though.

If you are white, working class, and barely making enough to get by, and you vote for this guy, then you deserve the title STUPID. Here you have a guy telling you to your face that he is proud to slit your economic throat, and would do it again, and yet many of you white, working class people will vote for this guy, because of that scary black man in the White House. It does not get any more stupid, than voting against your own and your family’s well being, because of your racism.

FYI! There are already reports in heavy black precincts in North Carolina, that voting machines are flipping votes from Hagan to Tillis. Many are catching this and complaining, and being moved to other machines, but how many have not caught it. If you live in North Carolina, place close attention to those dam fascist voting machines when you vote.

Factories used to close because the company was failing. Now they are closed to make the CEO more of a bonus.
