I don’t understand how Chuck Todd can’t say this disqualifies Ernst – she obviously doesn’t believe in the rule of law, of using the courts to adjudicate differences.
How can someone who doesn’t believe in the rule of law be a Senator in the country that encoded the idea that no one is above the law into its very DNA?

I have a feeling you are probably correct. I think Ernst has hit her ceiling some time ago, the problem is though, that Braley is very near his, too.
It’s interesting though to watch how she she shrugs off or ignores all the stupid crazy things she has said/done before running for office…and the MSM just goes along with it.
