What a tangled web we weave…

This guy looks like Trump if he ate Pence. Acts like him too.

The lawsuit also cites a text message from Butowsky to Wheeler, in which Butowsky claims that Trump read the article and wanted it published quickly. Butowsky said this was “tongue-in-cheek.”

This is truly a golden age for Republican comedy.

Nonsense is how I’d describe his previous conspiracy theory that DC was under siege from 150 lesbian gangs causing havoc with 9mm pistols.

ETA: He said their guns were pink…because of course.

Oh. my. I’ve never heard that one.

Count me truly surprised. I fully expected Buttoutsky to agree that the allegations in the complaint were all true. Well, most of them, at least.

Love the starting the morning reading about flat falling excuses by GOP manipulators who have just been exposed for being a manipulator. The story also alleges that he did this same kind of “investigation” (pulling together information to fit a propaganda/conspiracy theory story line) to get the Benghazi!! story to move into Congress and then perpetual hearings.

Dude - you’ve been exposed - not like the first time (reporting when the story broke/was debunked) - this time in a clear - flashing-red neon lights “you’re the star of this ugly story” sort of way.

Really? that’s the best they’ve got ? I was joking
Seems to be the fallback in every situation.
Even Ms Lindsay has noted If they are willing to lie about any small item how can we believe anything they tell us.
They are professional liars

One wouldn’t think that DC is large enough for more than 89 or 91 lesbian gangs anyway.

It’s an especially transparent lie when used to defend Donnie. His NPD prevents him from ever experiencing the joy necessary for humor.

Maybe the other 9 or 10 are actually based in Baltimore.

I was thinking more of a cross of alex jones and roger stone.

No investigator or prosecutor worth a salt would come to any conclusion other than this guy is lying through his teeth. " I hope a piano falls on" is an example of tongue in cheek. There is no way to fit his remarks into that category and if he intends to say that under oath he best watch out. I imagine the “goods” on him ( what legal types hold back in order to trap a liar ) are pretty solid. It’s not too much of a stretch to say Mr. Rich’s parents have grounds to sue the President and FOX for a considerable sum over this. If this story was fabricated by Mr. Rich’s and his associates political opponents in collusion with FOX and egged on by POTUS the “absent malice” defense is history. Add to that the story was hyped on FOX, and to some small extent still is, by it’s number one partisan and Trump defended for weeks and nothing this man says fits what is known to be true.

I wonder if these greasy maggots have any idea what they are up against. I’m pretty sure Robert Mueller isn’t a FOX addict and is probably having trouble keeping his lunch down over this amateurish mess.

Okay, so Butowsky told Rich’s parents to hire the investigator, Rod Wheeler, who sounded the alarm about lesbian gangsters. Which is worse, because they paid him to find answers when Butowsky knew he was a crank.

Snark well taken but don’t you think he’d hire someone a bit more crafty to fashion his lies? He was going on CNN and that’s what he brought?

Why was he talking to Spicer if the White House wasn’t involved in putting out or crafting the story? It doesn’t make sense at all.
To me he looks like the unskewed polls guy, 20 years and many cases of tanning lotion later.

“I met with Spicer, but wasn’t in touch with the White House.”

Birtherbagger, puh-leeze.

You could not make this stuff up.
The lawsuit is a brilliant way to illuminate how slimy political operatives work.
In particular, it will illuminate how Sean Hannity and Fox News worked with the White House to use a cruel false narrative to distract the public from Donald J.Trump’s Russia Collusion Scandal.
Please pop the pop corn and enjoy the show starring:
*Ed Butowsky,
*Sean Hannity
*Slimy Newt Gingrich
*Sean Spicer
This production was brought to you by the leadership of Fox News !

Actually, if you could make this stuff up, you’d have great career prospects at Fox News (AKA Trump State TV).
