This is just sick and twisted. These guys have no shame.
Set your watches & place your bets on how long before this imbecile does the faux “walk-back” & the lame “I’m sorry if any one was offended by my comments”
All of this stupid offensive pandering remarking by these two-bit politicians come across like the "shocking " and “unauthorized” release of “sex tapes” for actors seeking attention.
I think this ends up being one of those unintentionally honest moments. In the Republican mind, seeing average Americans having access to quality and affordable health care truly is the worst thing since the Holocaust.
Once again the GOP shows its shameful side.I could choose to compare Limbaugh to Gobbles and Cheney/Bush to Himmler/Hitler but what good would it do?
Not a question of shame. It’s a question of sanity.
Can we just start revoking the citizenship and deporting people who insist on using shitty historical analogies to slavery and the Holocaust? This is getting old. It’s time to clean up.
Next to this state senator’s image is an ad for Rid-ex toilet bowl cleaner. How apropos.
It’s Tennessee–it’s how they roll.
Herr Tennessee Ginger Teakkklanner,
I’m from Munich. We don’t take kindly to the Nazi analogies. We’re a little touchy about it, actually. Perhaps you require a little Bavarian persuasion.
- possible that he is just that dumb - but - tend to think it is a cynical sick pandering to the ultra right base & an attempt to draw then in to his camp.
These comments show just how little respect the GOP has for either Blacks or Jews such that they will use some of the most painful events imaginable of both groups as trivial political banter.
Yup, getting health insurance to poor folks and folks with pre-existing conditions is exactly like the murder of 6 million! A perfect analogy. In assbackwards phony “Christian” hypocrite world.
This is doubly offensive: It equates health insurance reform with Hitler’s monstrous crimes. And it equates Hitler’s monstrous crimes with health insurance reform.
People who use inappropriate hyperbole for political purposes are just like Hitler.
It’s hard sometimes to tell who is simply pandering, and who is a true believer. Not that it really matters in the end.
This from the same intellectual bag of mulch that gave you the Don’t Say Gay bill, prohibiting teachers from including even the slightest mention of homosexuality within their curriculum; And who claims that the AIDS epidemic was caused by an airline pilot having sex with a monkey and then spreading it to the Gay community…
Yah, a font of enlightenment, this idiot.
The nasty piece of humanity you’re referring to was Josef Goebbels and here’s who he was. He and wife killed their six children and then killed themselves in Hitler’s bunker.
And he’s using it to collect money.
Nazi references; never a good idea
