He’s definitely in the running to unseat Louie Gohmert as the dimmest bulb in Congress.

He forgot to mention his house’s roof, which keeps out the rain, I guess.

My house has walls. Every house I’ve ever had has had walls.

Yet the last one had roaches (because it was in Mississippi, and everyone has roaches) and the current one had mice last winter.

Why do we have exterminators? Is it because there’s so many people whose houses don’t have walls?

Why do houses get broken into? Is it because those houses don’t have walls?

You know, comments like this make me think the Republicans aren’t necessarily making good, reasonable arguments.

That makes me wonder if it is correct to say the Democrats are equally to blame?

What to do? What to think?

Trump mentioned in his speeches, numerous times, about how 1/3rd of the women get molested or raped on their journey to America.

Shouldn’t we be asking Republicans to comment on why we would build a wall to keep those women out?

Maybe the Pro-lifers can weigh in on how we should be welcoming them and offering them prenatal care, so that they don’t feel pressured into having an abortion in a backwater Mexican town…

Uh no, goober, from your neighbors’ point of view those walls keep you in.

So lame.

Meanwhile, Rep. Katherine Clark just gave a master class in messaging, despite Mary Louise Kelly’s aggressive devil’s advocacy. My favorite part was when Rep. Clark said “We are trying to send a message to the president that it’s time to stop governing like we’re about to cut to commercial.”

“Keep critters out.”

No dog whistling there. He’s using the right language to say, ‘We all mean well.’” Except he really doesn’t. Sad.

To be fair, it is a congresscritter, so it may have been self-referential. Wait, these guys have the self-awareness of a baby learning to suck its toes, so woof at will.

KAC was babbling about this idea today, that you have doors on your house and so forth so why not give Trump $5.7 billion to pretend he’s going to build a 2,000 mile wall-not-wall somehow because that’s the same thing and if you object then you have to take the doors and walls out of your house I mean make up your mind. Or something. They’ve lost their mojo, these people. If we don’t build Wall you’ve have raccoons in your kitchen. Or Messicans will be raping the raccoons? It’s very confusing. Bottom line: Trump’s askeered he goes to jail if he’s not president. This is rational. So yay?

Messican painters will come in and put up blue tape everywhere, like on the interior walls and on your wife! And then they’ll paint your living room and you’ll have to pay them. Extortitative!

Unfortunately, the party leader is not the disease as the last 50 years have demonstrated. He’s just a symptom. He’s the phlegm. A healthy party would never have allowed someone as degenerate as him anywhere near the levers of power.

Those aren’t walls around your house, fella.

They’re the walls of your mobile home.

And we let these people breed?

Unfortunately, the bad critters are getting out.

The walls around his mind have been keeping out objective reality for years.
