You made that Trump bed, dude. Lie in it or actually do something.

That should be ADAM Kinzinger, not Ryan.

Since January of 2017, Donnie has been digging his own hole and now the Repubs are starting to back away. In the end, like Nixon, he will be all alone. May. It. Be. So.

I think he actually just did something. He stepped up, told a damn good personal story that resonates and called out cadet bone spurs. This will grow. This guy stepped up.

All hands on deck people.

Trump is completely out of his depth. There are some rails in politics and real life you never touch out of common sense and plain decency. Some thing that are clearly and instinctively offensive to all people basically everywhere. And attempting to speak for fallen soldiers and steal their great sacrifice for any purpose, let alone a crass reason, is one of them.

“I have no idea where this came from and I deeply fear the longterm ramifications of this,” he said.

In other dumb fox show news, here’s Colbert’s take on Tucker ginger people complaint. Well one’s a man.

“I have no idea where this came from…"

Think a bit. You’ll come up with it. It rhymes with Bad Bootin’.

This can’t be going the way T envisioned it. Clearly he meant to change the subject, but he can’t have thought this through. He should have at least called Lindsey Graham and threatened him a bit before he announced it. And I’m also wondering what he thought the response would be. Universal rejoicing? Congress voting him a medal? Do you suppose he believed that he would get his victory parade? Did no one point out that having Putin approve would not help his overall cause?
I’m assuming he got his orders from Putin and immediately announced it.
This clip also brings up questions. Is Fox unhappy with the move as well? Did they realize what this guy was going to say? I’m loving the look on the face of the Fox BlondeBot. She looks like she’s worried about the conversation that she’ll have with the boss when this segment is over. (Or this might be her sad face for conversations about the actual consequences of military actions. Can’t be perky during that conversation.)

Given how erratic tRump is, there are finally a few Rethugs actually criticizing him. The longer he’s in office he’s bound to upset more people that normally wouldn’t say a word against him. This is only a good thing as maybe the critics will swell.

Absolutely concur with this. What’s more, he did it on FOX State News Service. He had a direct audience with Cadet Bone Spurs AND 20 million more of his followers. His message hit the target, and his base is now substantially weaker. Very well done!

Next up are the parents and friends of children who have been killed is school shootings telling the world that T rumpp (and other Republicans, as well) can’t speak to their wishes on gun control. If you haven’t been there, then STFU!

Kinzinger should cal Devin Nunes and Trey Gowdy ask them the investigation about Hillary’s emails and conduct a proper investigation about possible Russian compromising links.

I know that some folks are interested in what motivated Trump’s decision to pull all US troops out of the Syrian theater and to make his announcement without prior notification of any advisors such as Mattis. Consider the following:

Erdogan (Turkey) did not get Gulen (Turkish expatriot living in the US) despite Flynn’s efforts. We know that Erdogan has been screaming about MBS murdering Khashoggi. We know that Putin would love the US to leave the Syrian theater, thereby bolstering Russian presence. We know that MBS would love less heat from Erdogan. We know that Erdogan loathes the Kurds, because they have fought Turkish oppression and because the Kurds want an independent Kurdistan composed of land from western Turkey, northwest Syria and northern Iraq. (Frankly, the Kurds are the most democratic people mentioned above.)

Now consider, who wins and loses when the US withdraws from the Syrian theater?
Putin wins, because Russia is the new power broker.
Erdogan wins, because he’s got free reign to destroy the Kurds.
MBS wins, because Erdogan shuts up.
The Kurds lose, because they are going to get wasted by Erdogan.
The Syrians who don’t want to live under a murderous despot lose.
The US loses from the standpoint of long term influence in the middle east and the world.

Do you now have a better understanding of that high-five publicly displayed by Putin and MBS? That was shortly after the agreement was made; the fix was in. They were celebrating.

If I was Mattis, I wouldn’t resign, but I would make very strong public statements that would almost guarantee being fired by Trump. And I would use “treason” and “treasonous” in those statements. Maybe that’s because I’m a bit more of a mad dog than Mattis.

What Trump has done here may not fit the definition of treason in the Constitution, but by my definition, his actions are most definitely treasonous. All true Americans should be outraged and enraged.

Going offline now.

What about Bolton, he should have something to say. He either come out and state the reasons why is a good idea to pull out or resign.

By the way, we should not be in Syria to begin with Congress refused to approve Obama’s request for intervedntion, so if all the GOP congresscritters bitching about pulling out, they should go and pass a resolution that allows the president to intervene in the first place.

Yep. But I think there’s now a general sense in the GOP that they’re not automatically giving Trump a pass any more because they can’t afford to. They lost 40 seats in the House. The base may be a suicide cult, but the legislators aren’t. They’ll cut Trump loose before he drags them down too.

What you say??? But he feels so very strongly about Gold Star Families. He has exchanged such very strong words with them. Have you heard how he feels about POWs? I can’t think of any other cause where T rumpp is enveloped completely in his element. He speaks so freely, and with such conviction about certain things.
