Yet another example of the White House bringing up Impeachment for their own political gain. Wait, this is yet another GOPer bringing it up? Never mind.

Republicans never learn. Impeach First, investigate second never works. The House, in Nixon, held months and months of hearings before the “I” word was ever mentioned.

I don’t remember where in the Constitution that Impeachment is the remedy for “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors and generally doing things conservatives don’t like”.

After Nixon’s forced resignation, the republicans want to even the score.

Yup.

They’ve admitted the vendetta against Clinton was payback for Nixon’s impeachment. I guess they liked it.

Obama made him say that! The White House is the only one talking about impeachment! It’s a conspiracy, I tells ya! They put LSD in this guy’s food! He doesn’t know what he’s saying! There’s a radio transmitter in his head! Check his cadence, it’s exactly like Obama’s!

AAARRRRGGHHH!!!

Well, it’s that, or this guy’s really a closet Democrat.

The GOPTP hasn’t just lost it’s compass, they’ve lost the whole effin’ ship. If the country wasn’t so racist and xenophobic, these guys would be relegated to permanent minority party status.

It’s entertaining though. It’s like someone told them that “Impeachment” is a magical “Get Rid of Your Enemies” button.

Actually, no, impeachment isn’t about “getting his attention” it’s about removing a president who’s committed “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

This president doesn’t qualify, but please, don’t let us stop you from throwing that anchor attached to your waist overboard.

No, they’ve lost their minds. Or what passed for minds in the GOP.

Yes, because impeachment won’t cost the American taxpayers a single cent.

Why didn’t they go after Carter?

Too soon.

Because he only served one term. Impeachment is for second terms. Had Carter beaten Reagan (can you imagine what a wonderful country this might be), you can rest assured he would’ve been impeached.

So Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) is in on our “Democratic scam”…?

(rolls eyes)

He wasn’t in office long enough.

Thank Alexander Hamilton. He felt that the Congress needed to use this process to get the attention of a President.

So, if the president is across the room and Boehner is having trouble getting his attention, the right thing to do is to draw up articles of impeachment?

Darn those Democrats for forcing them to say stuff like this.
