In this case, “no” does actually mean “yes”.

Giuliani’s statement that Trump will not even answer written questions about obstruction is revealing.
.
It suggests Trump’s lawyers couldn’t write an answer for him that is not incriminating, consistent with the other evidence, and won’t be contradicted by him in the future.
A person might think that they don’t want to answer questions at all. It’s almost as if the “perjury trap” excuse applies even when he has an attorney to ghost write the answers.
It’s a mystery.

Giuliani: Trump Won’t Answer Any Questions About Obstruction, Because He Would Incriminate Himself Or Plead The Fifth
There. I thought I would complete the headline accurately and truthfully. Realize that Mueller already knows the truthful answers to all his questions.
“It’s a mystery.”
I assume that to be snark. ![]()
Trump is in Billings MT.
The rally is proceeding according to plan.
Second Mariotti. There is no circumstance, barring taking his phone away and his becoming mute, under which the president* will not perjure himself.
Rudy’s worried about an evidence creation “trap”. Fortunately, there isn’t exactly a shortage of evidence (both obstruction and collusion).
This isn’t a rally. It’s a bloody-handed wretch bragging and fishing for compliments as the world burns. Pathetic.
Trump will, however, be happy to share with the Mueller team what he had for breakfast this morning.
Giuliani: Trump Won’t Answer Any Questions About Obstruction
A kind of obstruction in and of itself, no?

He just can’t help himself - every direction he turns in he’s obstructing justice somehow.
I don’t think Mueller has to ask any questions about obstruction. Trump is on record admitting it.
He said it to Lester Holt.
“We need to administer an enema now, doctor! The obstruction is only getting larger.”
OMG the asshole is coming to Cape Girardeau Sept. 13th. I hope the folks at Continental Nail Corp. in Poplar Bluff that just got laid off show up. If Blunt shows up with him it may be the first time Roy has been there.
I wonder has he done one these golden oldies love fests in AL, MS, GA, or LA?
We will just have to wait and see what he really does. We know we can’t trust what he says
According to Bret Kavannah it is—if you’re talking about a Democratic president—if it’s a Republican, they should have a pass from any and all criminal investigations. Full stop.
The president may of course choose to plead his 5th amendment protection against self-incrimination but there’s no constitutional right to obstruct justice so once he does Mueller may safely issue a subpoena to force him to testify.
