Discussion: Giuliani Abandons Certainty That Trump Didn't Know About Trump Tower Meeting

“nobody can be sure of anything”

Though not yet certain, I am gathering anecdotal evidence that Giuliani is an alien :alien:. One with a giant planet-devouring asshole.

Jebus on a Vespa, Rudy, you are the world’s worst lawyer.

In a rational world, absolutely nothing said by Giuliani would ever be taken seriously.

The more complex a lie, the harder it is to keep straight. That’s true x10,000 when you’re improvising in real-time.

“Nobody can be sure of anything”
Mueller can, and will be. Also watch and see how sure America will be of its collective opinion of Giuliani after this deplorable debacle is over.

May as well ditch it Rudy. The lie wasn’t believable from the beginning and it certainly isn’t more so now.

As John Oliver said last night, "Breaking news: the president actually knew about a meeting that involved his son, his son-in-law and his campaign manager discussing dirt about his greatest enemy that took place where he lived and worked in a building which has his f*cking name on it.”

  1. No collusion

  2. Maybe collusion

  3. Only the traitorous members of the press and Illegals think collusion is bad! And Trump used his genius brain to figure out that collusion was the only way to save jobs and restore American values!

Watch out Rudy moving the goalposts can be dangerous…

If your dopey TV lawyer guy is
Not able to keep his story straight,
Friendship needs to bow to duty.
Rudy may really like chatting with you, Donald;
Assholes of your ilk are naturally chummy. But you need to get him to
Shut the fuck up because he is going to put you, Donald
Trump, in a world of legal jeopardy.
Rudy’s inept flailing and bizarre televised
Ululuations about the
Cohen
Tapes are
Unhelpful, to say the least. His sudden inability to deny your knowledge of the
Russia meeting is an
Extremely bad look.
Weak (or sick) brains are a bad thing in a lawyer.
Everybody gets old and senile eventually. It’s nothing personal.
End the charade, if you at all value your legal posture.
Kindly fire him.

You really think anyone with an IQ greater than a cucumber does now? He is only getting bookings for the entertainment value at this point.

Seriously at this point he’s just filler.
The producers and director go …
Well… that’s another half hour of the 24 we don’t have to fill.
They’d get more mileage out of PSA’s on toe fungus

Giuliani isn’t stupid, he’s trying to play the system, and to the potential jury of American people, but mainly Trump’s base who controls the Republican party that might try to hold Trump accountable. Each time he changes direction, that base gets turned around again…do it enough and they don’t know what to believe, which means they start to believe whatever they hear. It’s a mix of propaganda and brainwashing, and what Alex Jones and Rush have been doing for a long time…so the base is primed for this. Trump is doing the same thing, turning back upon himself until the people don’t know what to believe anymore.

When you look at it that way, and how various members of the Trump administration have applied the same tactics, it’s obvious all they want to do is get everyone so confused that they start to believe anything that comes from the White House. We fortunately still have an effective press arm that’s reporting all this, and starting to openly report how wrong it is, and an opposition that’s only getting stronger. We’ll know that the resistance is working when Republicans actually stand up to Trump in a way that’s not a tweet they can ignore later…that’s really not happening yet at a level that would make the Trump team worry. Their panic is that any one of the controversies will get through to their base and show the lies for what they are, which explains their panic at the moment.

“I don’t know,” Giuliani said before pivoting to other subjects.

I think this is too clever by half. This is not a brilliant scheme; this is a man who needs to be put in a home.
