This makes it complete. Trump not wearing pajamas eliminates the last possible Churchillian charistic he could have possessed. It also demonstrates why there should be an examination of Gingrich’s credentials. His pronouncements of historical inaccuracies are exceeded only by his infadilities.

Aside from the utter ludicrousness of comparing Unser Drumpfenfuhrer with Winston Churchill in any manner, I wouldn’t trust Gingrich’s version of history if he told us that the Roman Empire fell in 476 AD. He is a notably partisan liar who once told us–literally!–that the Democrats were responsible for a mother drowning her children. Despite his preening as an expert on the whole of Western Civilization, his stretch as a history professor at a fourth rate college qualifies him as exactly what he is–a lickspittle buffoon.

BTW, care to imagine what events might have been like had Dear Leader become PM of the UK in 1940? He would have been praising his buddies his buddies–the decisive leaders Adolf and Benito–for years. In a reverse Rudolf Hess, he would have sent his chief aide Oswald Mosley to cut a deal peace deal with the Nazis. Instead of evacuating the BEF from Dunkirk, that flotilla of boats would have been carrying Britain’s Jews in the opposite direction. (Fair disclosure, those boats rescued my father, a Romanian Jew who enlisted in the British army at 17 in 1939.)
