Teacher: I have nothing against Muslims/Islam; all I am trying to do is get a job at FOX or something. Teacher’s salary is just not enough.
Gwinnett is an odd place, actually. Some towns in it have already become “majority minority”. And the southern areas of it have been seeing an steady influx of Blacks since the 80s.
But then you get out to places like Snellville or Grayson or even Lawrenceville (which I think is where this Middle School is located) and its very white and very redneck. Basically, Gwinnett is where all the white people from Dekalb County and southern Gwinnett fled as the Blacks moved in.
So depending on where in Gwinnett County you are, it can be a very schizo experience.
And oh, Lawrenceville is the county seat. Yes, that’s the same Lawrenceville where Larry Flynt was shot and the shooter miraculously disappeared.

She was single out, in public, for derision by a public employee based on her religion. If she’s not a Muslim she does not get this treatment.
